Rainee Romero is a native of Horry County. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Coastal Carolina University and has worked for WBTW News 13 since 2012; recently making the switch from community liaison to host/producer of new lifestyle show Living Local Carolina. The new show launched in May of 2020 and features a variety of local people and businesses. All of the stories are shot on location to give it more of a relaxed tone. Be sure to watch weekday mornings at 9:35am on the local CBS affiliate, News 13.
August is a Virginia native, who has grown to feel like local because of the the Grand Strand’s hometown feel. She has a Bachelors degree from Coastal Carolina University and has worked for Carolina Trust as the Digital Marketing Specialist since 2019. Recently, August expanded her role with the credit union as the Brand Ambassador, where she serves as the Credit Union’s liaison between the media, members and the community.
