Members have reported receiving spoofed calls from our 843-448-2133 phone number to verify debit card purchases. Contact the number on the back of your debit card if there are any questions or suspicions or call the credit union directly to report the incident.

Carolina Trust periodically makes updates to our system. When possible, we will communicate the time of these updates and services we anticipate being impacted. Digital and Phone Banking may be down temporarily beginning Sunday, September 20th from 1:00AM EST until approximately 7:00AM EST. During this maintenance window, accountholders may be unable to authorize more than $505 in debit/ATM card purchases or ATM withdrawals, or 6 total transactions per 24 hours period, whichever comes first. We regret any inconvenience this temporary service interruption may cause.
