Card Blocking & Unblocking
The ability to temporarily restrict the use of your ATM or debit cards has been made easier:
- Prevent someone from using your card if misplaced.
- Keep your account secure by declining new or unexpected transactions.
- Quickly unblock your card at any time for immediate use.
Please use the steps below to ensure this service is enabled to help us better protect you.
- Hover over card controls
- 2.Click on card management
- 3.Hover over the active card you are wanting to temporarily block or unblock
- 4.Click manage card
- 5.Click on settings icon under Alerts and Controls
- 6.Click on slide icon by block this card, this will temporarily block the debit card
- 7.Prompt will come up asking if you would like to block card. Click block this card.
- 8.Slide will be blue and card status will read blocked in red letters.
- 9.To unblock, repeat steps 1-5, then click on blue slide icon.
- 10.Card will be unblocked and no status will show for card.
