Checks only. It will stop a single check, a range of checks (201-203), or a series of checks (201, 205, 207). It will charge a $20 fee for each check stopped (3 checks x $20 = $60 fee total).

Adding or deleting a Joint owner to or from a Credit Union account must be handled at a Carolina Trust branch.

Checks may be deposited remotely via a Carolina Trust or CO-OP deposit-taking ATM and the Carolina Trust mobile app.Simply download the Carolina Trust mobile app from the Apple or Google Play app store and securely log in via fingerprint or Face ID authentication or with your online banking login credentials.

Contact the Credit Union immediately if you notice any unauthorized transactions on your account or your Carolina Trust credit or debit card has been lost or stolen. To report card loss or theft after hours, please contact 800.654.7728 for credit or 888.918.7810 for debit card assistance.

Yes, you may view up to 18 months of past Credit Union eStatements from your online banking account.

Check images will be available in the new online banking system beginning March 1, 2016. If you need a check image prior to that date, you will need to contact the Credit Union.

US Government requires all financial institutions to enforce Federal Regulation D. Reg D limits the number of transactions that can be made from a depository account during a calendar month. A depository account is defined as a savings-only or money market account. Members may not make more than six (6) transfers or withdrawals from a depository account during a month by the following means:

  • Online banking
  • ACH
  • ATM transaction at merchant
  • Telephone transfer (either by E-Z Teller Audio Response or through a Member Service Representative)
  • Automatic overdraft protection transfer from your savings or a joint account
