Yes, all users should register to create their own unique login credentials. If separate login credentials are not created, then a Joint account holder could see all accounts the Primary has – including those that are not held jointly – if they continue sharing a username and password.
No, you only need to create one unique login. Then, all accounts you have in your name, whether you are the Primary or Joint account holder, will be under the same login credentials.
Representative Payee and Custodial accounts cannot be viewed as Joint accounts because they are not considered a “Joint” relationship. Therefore, information will not be shared in online banking as joint account information is shared under one login. If it’s a custodial account and the primary is a minor, then the parent/guardian could set up a unique login for that particular account.

Check images will be available in the new online banking system beginning March 1, 2016. If you need a check image prior to that date, you will need to contact the Credit Union.
US Government requires all financial institutions to enforce Federal Regulation D. Reg D limits the number of transactions that can be made from a depository account during a calendar month. A depository account is defined as a savings-only or money market account. Members may not make more than six (6) transfers or withdrawals from a depository account during a month by the following means:
- Online banking
- ACH
- ATM transaction at merchant
- Telephone transfer (either by E-Z Teller Audio Response or through a Member Service Representative)
- Automatic overdraft protection transfer from your savings or a joint account
